About the Summit
The 4th Majipreneurs Summit in Uganda is a two-day convening that connects entrepreneurs, investors, development partners, and policy makers, creating a supportive space and a shared mission to strengthen the ecosystem for sustainable water and sanitation initiatives.
Summit Objectives
- Explore WASH entrepreneurship potential and support needs.
- Foster collaboration between entrepreneurs, financiers, experts, and policy makers to support the growth and scaling of more sustainable water, sanitation and female health and hygiene services.
- Discover opportunities for impactful WASH enterprises and support initiatives.
- Develop initiatives to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem for WASH.
Summit Format
Across the two days, the Summit brings together dedicated Focus Group sessions, Thematic Side Events, and the MajiTalent job fair for emerging innovators (23 September), followed by a vibrant second day featuring an Investor Room for investment-ready enterprises, Matchmaking sessions, inspiring Plenary Sessions, the MajiMarketplace, and a networking MajiCocktail to close (24 September).
