About the Summit
The first Majipreneurs Summit in Kenya is a two-day convening that connects entrepreneurs, investors, development partners, and policy makers—creating a supportive space and a shared mission to strengthen the ecosystem for sustainable water and sanitation initiatives.
Summit objectives
Explore WASH entrepreneurship potential and support needs- Foster collaboration between entrepreneurs, financiers, experts, and policy makers to support the growth and scaling of more sustainable water and sanitation services
- Discover opportunities for impactful WASH enterprises and support initiatives
- Develop initiatives to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem for WASH
Summit format
Across the week, the Summit combines a hands-on Hackathon (13–15 April), an Investor Room pitch session for investment-ready enterprises, MajiTalent pitches by emerging innovators and Thematic Side Events (15 April), and a vibrant day of showcasing and matchmaking throughout the main Summit Day (16 April), the MajiMarket (place), and a networking MajiCocktail to close.
